If HIPPA Protected Material is sent to a off domain e-mail address - The email recipient will receive an email invitation to
log in to a Secure Portal. From there, they can review or securely download the protected material. The recipient only
needs to log in one time and can return to see and review their emails for up to 30 days from the message sent date.
